Welcome My name is Joshua Vandy Bogurt. I have always enjoyed getting personalized items for friends and family. My wife told me to look into doing custom items for myself. The thought never occurred to me. :-) So after a lot of consideration and research I am happy to announce that I have jumped into the custom world. One of the best opportunities is to work through a design with someone and to see the joy in having an item that is unique to them and their tastes. I think that the best gift is a gift that is unique and has a special meaning. I look forward to working with you on your unique items.

Shipping Processing time: The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Estimated shipping times: North America: 3-5 business days I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refunds and Exchanges I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact me within: 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery. I don't accept cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. The following items can't be returned or exchanged (unless they arrive damaged or defective): Custom or personalized orders, Perishable products (like food or flowers), Digital downloads, Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons).
